1. Acceptance
By using Hidden Pages (“Service”) at hiddenpages.io, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Hidden Pages is a web tool that scans websites and surfaces URLs that may be disallowed, noindex, or unlinked. We offer a free tier (limited scans per month) and paid subscription plans. We may change features or limits with notice.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service anonymously (subject to usage limits) or create an account (e.g. via Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate any law, to scan sites you are not authorised to scan, to overload our systems, or to attempt to access other users’ data. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or breach of these Terms.
5. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed via Stripe in accordance with the plan you choose (e.g. monthly or yearly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time (e.g. via the billing portal or by contacting us). After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, then your plan reverts to free.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. Scan results are indicative only (e.g. robots.txt, sitemaps, common paths) and may contain errors or false positives. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Use results at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Pages and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
